We worked with our sales contact when it came to getting the initial estimate, our sales estimator was also our main point of contact for all aspects of the project. Midway through the project we wanted to get our stairs and upper hallway also updated with the same flooring, and Rossbach came up with an amended proposals for both items within a couple of days so that work continued without delay. The main selling point was that this company showed up when they said they were going to show up and the work they did was exceptional.
